GENERAL
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. I reserve the right to refuse service depending on but not limited to being uncomfortable with the character design, details, etc.I reserve the right to publish the finished version on my showcase and social media for promotional purposes, unless it's NDA. Any other social media posts will be low-res and with a watermark. NDA (extra fee) will guarantee privacy for one year from service completion date. Please make sure you send a high quality visual reference for everything you're requesting. I cannot accept a request for something I cannot properly see.✔ OC / Fanart / Animals
✔ Armor / Weapon / Detailed items and clothing are OK as long as references are provided
✖ NSFW / 18+ / Excessive blood & gore / Mecha / Furry

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
👑 First half of payment on request accept + second half due after "Stage 1: Sketch" agreement
👑 No refunds for first half of payment (treat this as a reservation/deposit fee), up to half refund possible for second half of payment only (refund amount based on amount of work completed)
👑 Any unforeseen delays will be promptly communicated to you, along with new ETA. I reserve the right to cancel a commission should an emergency arise. In this event, a refund will be discussed depending on the service's stage.

DEADLINE
👑 Please indicate on the request when your hard deadline is.
👑 Deadline established and agreed upon before beginning any sketching.
👑 A less than 14-Days deadline will have a rush fee added.
👑 Under 7-Days rush fee is increased. Please check VGen for prices.

REVISIONS AND DELIVERY
👑 Stage 1: Sketch
I will show you the first draft with notes. This is where major revisions (pose, composition, expression, outfit, etc.) should be noted. Second half of payment is due after agreement on how to proceed.
👑 Stage 2: Render
I implement your feedback from Stage 1 and start the rendering (ex. line art, coloring, detailing, etc.) process. Minor changes such as changing colors or small details are allowed after I send the second update. Any final changes must be made clear at this stage.
👑 Stage 3: Final
The full sized original quality version will be sent through a Google Drive link in Twitter DMs. Watermarked version is also sent.
👑 Any revisions past Stage 3 will result in extra charges based on the size and impact of the change.
👑 Add-ons will incur additional charge.

👑 Monetized creators must select from these tiers:
✧ Commercial uses: 1.5x the base price
✧ Commercial+ uses: 2x the base price

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
👑 I have full rights to my artworks, including the reserved rights to publish the finished version on my showcase and social media for promotional purposes (with exception to NDA clients).
👑 The work created is solely for use by myself and the client, not by anyone else.
👑 The request may not be used for any blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to NFTs, AI, crypto, etc.
